PHILOSOPHY
Styled by MJS brings a direct, editorial eye to personal style, shaped by years of red-carpet and fashion experience.
Most people have never been asked the right questions about how they want to look. They’ve been handed trends chosen by an algorithm, saved mood boards that are never looked at again, or been dressed in someone else’s point of view entirely.
I don’t believe the job of a stylist is to tell you what’s in but to figure out what’s yours and build toward it.
My Principles are: Be decisive. Streamline your choices. Invest in longevity.
Personal Styling
A complete styling partnership where the entire process is handled for you. You come out of it with a wardrobe that actually works, a clear sense of your style, or updates to your current style.
It all begins with a conversation covering your work, lifestyle, and everything in between. From there, an in-home wardrobe edit clears out what isn't working and resets the foundation. Sourcing happens through boutiques, showrooms, and private networks which is fully managed on your behalf. Fit is assessed on every piece, with tailoring and alterations coordinated where needed and ongoing support covers returns, exchanges, and logistics. The engagement closes with a style playbook and look book documenting your wardrobe for ongoing reference.

Event Styling
A focused engagement for weddings, galas, public appearances, or professional milestones.
The goal is a complete, fully resolved look or outfit stories. Includes creative direction and mood development, curated sourcing and private appointment coordination, fittings and alterations oversight, and a final look sheet and day-of guide so everything is prepared in advance.
Stylist presence available for select engagements.
